DuckDose was founded as an online vendor of prescription medications, notably generic modafinil and armodafinil. We originally launched at DuckDose.com, and also secured DuckDose.net that same year. During 2016–2018 we served tens of thousands of customers worldwide, by some accounts over 50,000 people.
DuckDose.com was taken offline
Due to mounting regulatory and payment pressures common in the industry, our registrar took DuckDose.com offline. At the same time, cybercriminals exploited DNS vulnerabilities to briefly hijack and redirect our old domain. In other words, unauthorized parties briefly controlled DuckDose.com, which created confusion. Attacks on registered domains like this, often called “Sitting Ducks” attacks, are a known risk for online pharmacies.
DuckDose.net became the main site
After the shutdown of DuckDose.com, our team continued operations under DuckDose.net. In fact, DuckDose.net had been registered in 2016 and became our main site once DuckDose.com was gone. We remained active for several more years under that domain. Please note: any other website using the DuckDose name during this period was not affiliated with our official team.
Move to Duck-Dose.net
In early 2025 DuckDose.net was suspended and is no longer controlled by our team. To ensure continuity for our customers, we moved our official online presence to Duck-Dose.net, adding a simple dash. This is the only DuckDose store operated by our trusted team.
